Magic Sales

Know the next deal to move.

Every morning, Magic turns a messy pipeline into a short, explainable action list: what changed, why it matters, who owns it and what should happen next.

Your morning brief

Three deals need a decision. Magic already found them.

Choose a row. The signal, evidence, owner and next action stay together.

See the exceptions

Start with the deals that changed or went quiet.

02

Give the next step an owner

A person and a date, not another note.

03

Act with context

The last activity and customer story stay together.

The problem

Deals do not stall because nobody cares

They stall because the next step lives in someone's head, the last conversation is somewhere else, or a date passes without anybody noticing.

Magic Sales starts with the exception: what changed, what went quiet and who should act. Open the deal and the evidence is beside it.

A review should begin with the answer

Magic narrows the pipeline to the deals that need a decision, then shows the source of the signal.

Which deal needs attention, and who owns it

Follow one quiet deal from signal to owned next step. The example is open without an account.

The deal that has gone quiet

Deals are surfaced by what changed and what has not: no next step, no activity since the last commitment, or a date that has passed.

  2. 02See what changed since the last review

This demo is open — it does not ask for an account, a card or a connected system.

One customer record, labelled by source

Open the deal and see the customer context behind the signal. Every piece of information names the product that produced it.

Role: Deal

What needs attention

Value, stage, owner, last activity and the next step in one reviewable view.

Why the deal surfaced
Owner and expected close
Next step and due date

A tab from another product is shown only when your workspace holds that product and your role permits it. Otherwise Magic says so plainly rather than showing an empty box.

A reviewed call, beside the deal

A conversation is where commitments get made. Magic keeps a reviewed record of it next to the opportunity.

A short excerpt with source timestamps, not a full transcript dumped into the timeline.

Effect

Next step updated

A human approves the suggested action before it changes the record. The AI suggests; a person commits.

When Magic Sales is the right choice — and when it is not

Who should not switch

Do not switch if you need deep marketing-automation branching as the centre of your world, or a heavily customised enterprise sales process with hundreds of required fields, or an ecosystem of hundreds of marketplace apps. Magic Sales is for teams who want a readable pipeline and a customer record that the rest of the business can use.

Move the pipeline first, and know what did not arrive

A CRM switch fails when the import is a black box. Magic imports a sample first and produces an exception report before anything is committed.

Transfers

Accounts, contacts and open opportunities with a clear owner.

  • Accounts and contacts from a CSV export
  • Open opportunities with stage, value and owner
  • Activity notes you choose to bring across
Needs review

Anything the import cannot decide on its own.

  • Duplicate accounts and contacts
  • Opportunities with no owner or no stage
  • Custom fields that map to nothing in Magic
Stays in your old system

History that has no owner and no future action.

  • Closed-lost deals you do not need to report on
  • Marketing lists with unclear consent
  • Attachments you choose not to migrate

Nothing is deleted from your current system by connecting Magic. A transfer is only marked complete when it has been verified, and anything uncertain is listed for review.

What the pipeline illustrations are, and what they are not.

No customer screenshot is used anywhere on this page. Each illustration states how it was produced, and a concept is labelled a concept.

Pipeline with owner, next step and last activity

  1. The deal gone quiet

Surfaced by what changed and what has not: no next step, or a date that passed.

  2. Owner and next step

A task with a person and a date, rather than a note in a timeline.

Agreement, call and open support request on the one customer record.

A reviewed call beside the deal

  1. The conversation

A short excerpt with source timestamps, not a full transcript dumped in.

    Magic Voice

  2. A suggested action

The AI proposes; it does not write to the record on its own.

    Suggestion

  3. A person approves

Only then does the next step change, and the record says who changed it.

    Human approval

Every visual is labelled with how it was produced. Captures marked “concept” are designs, not live product screenshots.
