Magic Hub · Your whole business, connected

Your business. Finally on the same page.

Magic brings planning, customers, campaigns, calls, support and company records into one workspace. Each product is useful on its own; together they stop the same fact being retyped in six places.

Choose one product or a bundle. Your existing accounting system stays part of the picture.

One changed commitment, followed through

  1. Customer record

The commitment as it stands, with the source of every value labelled.

    Magic Sales

  2. Approved change

A person approves the change. The AI suggests; a person commits.

    Magic Office

  3. Financial effect

Revenue timing, not cash. The two are shown as different things.

    Magic Model

  4. Owner and action

The next step becomes a task with a named owner and a date.

    Magic Sales

A changed customer commitment traced from the customer record through to its financial effect and owner action.

Plan with the ledger

Forecast, actuals and target kept as three separate things.

Win the customer

A readable pipeline where every deal has an owner and a next step.

Run the company

Agreements, people and reporting in one entity record.

The problem

Six tools, six versions of the truth

A business usually ends up with a planning spreadsheet, a CRM, a marketing tool, a phone system, a support inbox and a folder of company documents. Each one is reasonable. The cost is the seam between them: a commitment made on a call does not reach the forecast, a campaign response does not reach the pipeline, and a support conversation starts from scratch because nobody can see the last one.

Magic is a set of six products that share one workspace, one permission model and one customer record. You can buy any one of them alone. The reason to connect them is that a fact entered once is then available to the others, without an integration project.

Nothing here replaces your accounting system

Your accounting system stays the source of financial actuals. Magic reads it, plans against it and puts operating context beside it.

01
Customer record

The commitment changes

Acme Services moves a start date. The change is recorded against the customer, with the person and the conversation it came from.

Source: Magic Sales — activity record

02
Approved commitment

Someone approves the new terms

The revised commitment is approved rather than assumed, so the plan is built on decisions, not on the loudest spreadsheet.

Source: Magic Office — agreement reference

03
Financial effect

The model shows the consequence

In this illustration the change is A$5,000 less revenue and A$5,000 fewer receipts in October–December, on the cash view as well as the P&L.

Source: Magic Model — cash and P&L

04
Owner and action

A person owns the follow-up

The variance becomes a task with an owner and a review date, so the question does not die in a meeting.

Source: Magic Sales — next step

The change is visible in the plan, in the customer record and in someone's work the same day.

Illustrative — Acme Services. Figures are an illustration of the workflow, not a customer result.

The company view and the customer view are not the same thing

A workspace where everybody sees everything is not a feature. Role-scoped context is how the same underlying record can be useful to a team and still safe to share.

Role: Company view

The operating picture

Sales, service, finance and company records seen together, for people whose job needs the whole picture.

Deal value and expected close
Revenue and cash timing
Support history and open issues
Agreement and ownership record

A permission denial never reveals the record to make an upgrade persuasive. If you cannot see something, Magic says you do not have access — and tells you who to ask.

A variance is only useful if you can trace it

Numbers move. The question is whether anyone can say why, what it changes and who is dealing with it.

Effect

Effect

−A$5,000 cash in Q4

The commitment change moves revenue and receipts together in this illustration; it does not silently change one without the other.

Illustrative — Acme Services. The point of the panel is that the source and the effect are one click apart.

Every visual says how it was produced

These are internal operating contexts, labelled with what they show and how they were captured. A concept is labelled a concept.

Company view beside customer view

  1. Company view

The consolidated position, across the entities and products you hold.

    MagicHub

  2. Customer view

The same activity scoped to one customer, under your role permissions.

    Role-scoped

  3. Role label

Each view states whose eyes it is for, so a boundary is visible rather than implied.

    Permissions

The same activity shown as a company view and a permission-scoped customer view, with role labels.

Variance to source to task to review

  1. Variance

What moved, by how much, and against which version of the plan.

  2. Source record

Open the figure and the record behind it is inspectable.

    Lineage

  3. Task and owner

    Magic Sales

  4. Review

The review is recorded, so the answer outlives the meeting.

    Approval

A variance traced to its source record, turned into a task, and passed through review.

Change an assumption, see all three statements

  1. Change the start date

One assumption — when the work begins — edited in the plan.

    Magic Model

  2. P&L, balance sheet, cash

Three views of the same change, so timing is never collapsed into one number.

    Same assumption

  3. Revenue is not cash

Invoiced at month-end, collected the following month. Both are shown.

    Illustrative — Acme Services

An Acme start-date assumption changed, with the P&L, balance sheet and cash views responding together.

    Magic Sales

  2. Activity

Emails, calls, meetings and notes in one timeline, source-labelled.

    Magic Voice

  3. Agreements

The current signed terms, owned by Office rather than retyped here.

  4. Service

Open requests and their status, so nothing is promised blindly.

One entity record

  1. The entity

The company as a record: its agreements, people and ownership in one place.

    Magic Office

  2. Agreements

Current terms with effective dates, so the latest version is unambiguous.

    Magic Office

  3. People and ownership

Who is accountable for what, and who can see which part.

    Roles and permissions

A company entity record with agreements, people and ownership panels.

Every visual is labelled with how it was produced. Captures marked “concept” are designs, not live product screenshots.

Three organising principles

One record, many views

A customer, an agreement or a call is stored once. Products read it under permissions rather than copying it into their own silo.

Sources stay named

Every number on a screen can say where it came from — a manual assumption, an accounting actual or a linked operating record.

Action needs an owner

A commitment that has no owner and no date is a wish. Magic turns agreed work into a task somebody is accountable for.

A staged path, not a big-bang switch

You do not have to move everything. Most workspaces start with one product on one workflow, and connect the accounting system first.

Transfers

Structured records with a clear owner and a clear key.

  • Contacts and accounts from a CSV or an existing CRM export
  • Chart of accounts and financial actuals from your accounting system
  • Company and agreement metadata you already hold
Needs review

Anything where two systems disagree, or a field has no reliable source.

  • Duplicate contacts and accounts
  • Mappings from your chart of accounts into plan lines
  • Historical agreements with no single authoritative copy
Stays in your old system

Systems of record that Magic reads rather than replaces.

  • Your accounting system remains the financial source
  • Payroll execution stays in your payroll system
  • Documents with legal effect stay in your document store of record

Nothing is deleted from your current system by connecting Magic. A transfer is only marked complete when it has been verified, and anything uncertain is listed for review.
